seasonal subscription boxes
i'm not really sure what to think or say about these now. one box is pretty good, the other is..........foil packets?! and this comes just after i said i thought this subscription still had great potential! 😞 i'm also pretty disappointed that they sent the same item two boxes in a row--outside of the fact that i can't use whitening products like these. my teeth became sensitive to these kinds of products due to over bleaching. anyway, i'm giving away a good bit of both of these because i don't ordinarily use some of these items, don't like them, or i have issues with the scents.
i really got the time for eyes favorites set for the palette, liner, and mascara. the other items i ended up giving away. i think i actually gave away this mascara too, since i realized i have too many in the backlog still, and wanted someone else to enjoy it while it was still good! and i am lovvving this maybelline liner!
as for the influenced by nature favorites set, i have tried most of the items in here, with the exception of two of the masks. i do like the tea tree shampoo and conditioner, and the garnier fructis mask is ok. i've tried the garnier whole blends mask before, and i'm passing along the love beauty & planet shampoo and conditioner. the scent (lavender & argan oil) in the bottle isn't too bad, but it was too much when i tried using it. they did work well, but the scent was overwhelming.
