monthly calendar spread - so anyone else annoyed that you only get 2 days to redeem your starbucks birthday drink...? starbucks is not close to me at all, and i'm not a coffee drinker to go out of my way to get to one 20+ minutes away. no thanks. back in the day, when they sent out post cards, they gave you 15(?) days to redeem them, and they sent me two, one at the beginning of the month and one mid-month. and thanks for becoming lame.
week 1 - so this one's super busy~! i really wanted to have mardi gras stickers, but i already put down all the birthday related stickers... so i kind of compromised... yeah... and i spent all my money on OnceMoreWithLove and TheCoffeeMonsterzCo stickers. like quite literally... and i kind of a lil broke my work laptop screen..... so yeah! great week! oh and i had asian food for my birthday with the family. like my mom and grandparent's took me to my cousin's restaurant, paul took me to a sushi place, my in-laws took me to a chinese restaurant that my family really likes, and my dad took us to hibachi. yumz.
week 2: so cool things on this spread.. i used my first adult coloring [book] sticker....i don't advise coloring these after applying it in the planner, the edges get a little difficult to stay on... i got extended on my work project..but not exactly, and i'll talk more about that in my april post... annd i was going to take my certification exam this week, but it was a cloud-based exam and i scheduled it for a time that wouldn't have been quiet or isolated enough.
week 3: st. patty's day spread! this was a pretty ridiculous week. i took my exam and passed!! woot woot. the weekend was kind of nuts. we ended up missing my grandfather's birthday party because timing didn't work out... sometimes people live and work not in the city where everyone else is. just a lil miffed. just a teeny tiny bit.. we were supposed to meet with a house sales person during our lunch breaks on friday, but it didn't work out either with them having a family emergency... so we moved it to saturday. then sunday i did actually drive home and back again...to go to my cousin's wedding shower.
week 4
notes page: i've got another blank notes page this month. i put some salvaged WontonInAMillion washi on the top and bottom of the page, like the monthly view spread. quote - "you always have time for the things you put first"
