erin condren hourly life planner - my november

hi guys! so as i've mentioned in the last like 5 posts..since i'm so freaking behind... phase 1 go live for my work project was this weekend, so things were very hectic the past few weeks with trying to ensure things were working well with the website, etc. agh! anyway, i'm finally forcing myself to finish up all of these end-of-month related posts, because i really want to get these up and off my mind. i am still slacking on my end of october vacation post, much less i haven't posted pictures to facebook yet either.. but i think the part i'm just kind of being lazy about is editing the video footage we took with the gopro. i'm on the fence with how i should do it since windows 10 is not compatible with movie maker any more, and i'm not too keen on the idea of importing all of the video onto my phone and using imovie on my phone for it. i could try to see if my sister in-law will let me use her macbook, but i also don't know how to use full blown imovie or final cut. so that'll be an adventure....for later. procrastinators unite tomorrow! ~Lin-chan ^.~

monthly calendar spread

week 1: all of the halloween stickers. all of them. i took the day off as part of the cruise vacation, so i figured i could completely cover the whole column. ^_^

week 2: so i took a work from home on monday so that i didn't have to drive back and forth to go vote. i actually am super lazy and haven't changed my voter registration address. maybe i'll do it in a few months when i go to renew my license? idk. but we're also slowly looking into buying a house, so i might wait still......... anyway, it's pretty hilarious that people were trying to sell their blue dog stickers on ebay for like $60+. like what. seriously.

week 3: we actually had an office-sponsored party, and all things considered it was pretty legit. slowly the management at our office has been trying to do a lot of things to improve morale in the office, having parties, making environment changes (a 'library' behind my desk), and some people (raises hand) finally saw raises -- proof of career progression. so it's been getting a bit better, but retention is still about the same.

week 4: i decorated this spread before i was told that i had to go to work for two days.. my project lead messed up and pretty much approved everyone in our office have the whole week of thanksgiving off. then when he and the client saw that literally all of us were taking the week off and go live was this past weekend (12/2), they basically freaked and made all of us rearrange our vacation time. plus side though, our manager recognized all of us and gave us points for 'showing personal interest' (*cough changing vacation time around!*) to spend the work recognition store thingy. i ended up redeeming about 400 of the 500 points on a pandora charm, which i'll put into my haul post when i get it.
by the way, the emoti i used on monday is from this sheet... so you can see an enlarged image of what he's doing! ^___^
