hey guys! i just wanted to get on here and say holy freaking crap. i ordered this gem yesterday morning around 7 CST and it was sitting on my doorstep by 3pm TODAY. anyway, here are my initial thoughts, i'll be testing this palette over weekend. and at some later time, i'll have a comparison to the original naked basics palette. ~Lindsay-chan ^.~
- skimp -- it's a really nice peachy off-white type color. it's probably a demi-matte..like venus is/was because it has some shimmer to it. it's very buttery and i got way too much when i first rubbed my finger across it
- stark -- i'm happy that this will show up on my skin (relative to the shades in the first naked basics)
- frisk -- a pure taupe! >w<
- cover -- i love how this is a burnt browny-tan shade; great for the crease or transitioning
- primal -- this is a nice chocolate/medium brown shade
- undone -- i really like how they didn't include another black. i'm not huge into using dark shadows as my liner, but this is a nice in-between for me.
