rite aid haul!

hey guys! so i went to target and rite aid in search of the eight limited edition color tattoo eyeshadows, unfortunately i was only able to find these four at rite aid. i'm not sure if the others are sold in metairie yet, but i'll try a baton rouge store when i can. (see crystalis07's post) these are soooo pretty!!! they all have the same type of shimmer to them, but pending on the color you choose, the shimmer appears different. in barely beige, the shimmer appears like a silvery-gold, mossy green: greenish-red, gold shimmer: goldish...., and rich mahogany: reddish. ~Lin-chan ^.~

saturday's haul!

hey! so saturday i went shopping at a bunch of different places, but i wanted to share what i got a big lots, dollar general, and bed bath and beyond. in metairie there's a big lots and dollar general right next to each other, so why not go to both places while you're there? so i got four notebooks for school and two covergirl mascaras for $4! the mascaras were $1.50 each, and the notebooks were marked 24¢ but actually rang up as 17¢ each! ever since i was in middle school and/or big lots/mac frugals existed, i've always gotten a lot of school supplies and discounted makeup from them. i don't advise getting pens or mechanical pencils from them, as they sometimes work 50-50, brand new. but i like getting post-its, notebooks, filler paper, notecards, etc. from them because it's crazy cheap. so if you've got a big lots near you and you need to buy school supplies, they're the way to go! (office depot too, but big lots usually has these school prices year-round vs seasonally.) i've been wanting to try olay's pore minimizing cleanser & scrub, which i found at dollar general for about $7. then, since bed bath and beyond has cosmetics/drug store products, i got almay's get up and grow mascara (~$6) and posh angled blush brush (not pictured, ~$7). i've been wanting another angled blush brush, in addition to my two sigma ones--but cheaper and locally. they had these on display for you to feel them, so i decided to give it a try. we returned so many wedding gifts (and still have a few to return) and have mucho dinero's worth of credit with bbb, so i'll be buying what i can from them, rather than going to ulta or cvs. hope you guys had an awesome weekend and fun at school--if it starts this week! we start next week. ~Lin-chan ^.~

mini sephora haul!

hi everyone!!! so i had a 10% off coupon that i needed to use at sephora, so i got two things. one of which is something my mom wanted, the other was a $4 tokidoki vegas palette. soon, sephora will no longer carry/have any tokidoki products, so everything's on sale. lakeside does not have tokidoki at all. bluebonnet and the website both have some products left. in addition, i got a 100 point sample of benefit's bella bamba. ~L-c ^.~

 

notd! sheer iridescent pink comparison

hey guys! today i used china glaze afterglow and nina ultra pro pink frost. between these two, i like afterglow a lot more. it has a slightly smoother application, it's pinker, and the iridescence is bluer and more noticeable. ~L-c ^.~
