ok, so! based on the instructions, i did not wipe the brush each time: too lazy! i will say that if your lips are sensitive or dry out easily, yes put lip balm on when you're applying makeup and go back to your lips at the end. whenever i didn't apply lip balm, my lips flaked really bad. i definitely agree with waiting the "5 min. undisturbed"--whenever i'd wait the five minutes, it'd definitely last much longer than waiting "till [it's] dry". and also make sure that you dip four times; dividing your lips into 4 sections.
price: ~$6 at bed bath and beyond
worth it: i think everyone should try it, but i like it!
